Crock Pot Teriyaki Steak

Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 lb. boneless chuck steak
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 clove garlic; crushed
Directions:
  1. Cut steak into 1/8 inch thick slices.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Place meat in crock pot and pour sauce over
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
