Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
  1. In large skillet, brown chicken pieces in oil. Cook over medium heat for 15 min.
  2. Crush garlic cloves and drizzle over chicken. Turn heat to low; cover and cook for 10 min. on each side.
  3. Remove cover, add salt and pepper flakes. Add water and simmer over low heat until water is cooked off.
