- 4 boneless chicken breasts, halved
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- In large skillet, brown chicken pieces in oil. Cook over medium heat for 15 min.
- Crush garlic cloves and drizzle over chicken. Turn heat to low; cover and cook for 10 min. on each side.
- Remove cover, add salt and pepper flakes. Add water and simmer over low heat until water is cooked off.
