Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Butterscotch Cookies

I've done a terrible job at posting dessert recipes. Mainly because I don't make a lot of desserts these days, but I LOVE these cookies and they are so easy. You can thank my friend Sarah for requesting that I post this, because if it weren't for her reminder they'd probably never make it to the blog.

Ingredients:

• 1 package (or more) Betty Crocker Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookie mix
• 1 stick of butter
• 1 egg
• 1/2 bag butterscotch morsels

Directions:

1. Follow directions on back of Betty Crocker cookie mix
2. Add butterscotch morsels after mixing all other ingredients together
3. Bake and enjoy!

Side Note:

For an extra treat, take 2 cookies and put some vanilla ice cream in the middle. It makes a delicious ice cream sandwich.
